You're right, it shouldn't.

The way it is now, you can just keep deleting/creating mines. And it surely will be exploited if we don't fix it. In future versions you won't be able to delete them, do ...

Have you tried the second part of the suggestion? Uninstalling the game and then installing the 1.09 patch right away? It'll take some time, but at least it is guaranteed to work.

ES added it for campaign cinematics only, so I wouldn't expect him to even have an attack animation (unless he actually attacks on the cinematics, then ES would've added it). Topmodel

Well, it depends, as I'm not really sure what you're trying to say.

Welll, I never noticed it, but as I don't have that NE version installed I can't check for you.

It'd be better if those who have downloaded NE checked it and see if they experience similar problem ...

That's possible. Just make every unit cost 0 pop, but have a build limit (just like natives). We're not going to do it though, but it's an interesting idea :p
