austria is the best for me.cause i do not like getting gold,i MASS Grenzaers(they are great).austria is my favourite NE civ.(i love aztecs,too,but they are not NE...)if i should choose a civ from both vanilla,twc,tad and NE i would say aztecs,but from NE austria

I like all the new civs, don't have a fave. French really got improved though (of course) which was nice.

I think they weren't too unbalanced either (despite the infinite fort card but thats a fun card lol ).

it depends if you play rush of treaty....In rush, Poland, and Swiss can be demolishing. In treaty, I prefer Sweden or Austria.
