Is it possible to make the current veteran musketeer more realistic? It doesnt look much like a mid 18th century musketeer should. There is a musketeer in AOE III currently that looks like the trainable one should. I cant explain it, but you can find a picture of it if you click history in the AOE III game, and go to colonial revolutions. You can also find it in the map editor. I believe it is called something like campaign musketeer. It is a good visual of a musketeer, but it can't attack. I hope I am being clear enough.

no, it can't be used, it is IGC and the IGC units just serve for cinematic purposes.

Its true. The default veteran musketeer is not accurate for a uniformed standing army of the period this one tries to depict. Very little of the uniform fits the period.

ES added it for campaign cinematics only, so I wouldn't expect him to even have an attack animation (unless he actually attacks on the cinematics, then ES would've added it). Topmodel

If you want a better veteran musketeer you could texture the veteran musketeer to look more like the IGC and for the hat the militia (Those from the TC, not the one of revolution) is more accurate.

I agree, and the ranged attack for the IGC unit might just be his LOS.
