Yes, that is the reason. It well might be that some other - similarly named - topics will open with notable delay. ^^ You might recognize that I originally posted the topic already on friday while today we have sunday. Something on the server is very slow and/or has too much load on its shoulders that it causes problems like these..
I'm currently trying to fix the posting issue with the help of Elpea.

May I ask you Tilanus something? Remember that mod report that you did showing a resume of the civs flags, royal units, especializations UUs and national guards? Well it was the most awesome post you did but you only showed the european ones. Can you make one of these for the asian civs ?
