well just a suggestion...it would be cool if at some point in TAA they added in some new armies such as Spartans, Trojans, some Germanic Tribes (not very knowledgable on the specific names) Atheniens. Just something cool to think about in the future...I know TAA staff has got their hands full right now.

*also im not sure if any of the armies i mentioned are already bieng worked on b/c i couldnt really find a section in this website that described TAA civs in detail.

All of those are greeks, and greece is already a civilization, but maybe as specialized armies or as military or upgrade shipments, and I think the guys working on it are too busy for reading most of our posts, and i think this should go in TAA section

Spartans and athenians both have units within the Hellenc faction, and you are able to choose which kind of fighting style you want to use in lategame: macedonian or greek cities which again can be divided into a combination of support units, whereas your main unit still is the Hoplite.

civs that did not make it into the circle of the major civs will get their appearance in minor civs. Germans will probably be amung them but probably not umung the first ones. but first of all we would like to finish romans and Hellens.

I'm no expert on chariots, but afaik they were first used in mesopotamia but It's not realy clearified yet(check out wikipedia article: text says mesopotamia, picture says somewhere in russia XD )
appart from that there is no appropriate model for chariots in aoe3 and thus they will not be availible to any faction. which is one of the reasons Egypt got kicked Mr. Green
so:
no scythed chariots for persia
no chariot archers for egypt(the minors)
no chariots for any other minors
no chariots for Celts
no chariots for Heroes

sorry chariots fans, not in this game Sad

I am new to the AOE3 modelling...

You can't turn say the German Villager Cart into a chariot with various riders?

Not even remotely possible, is it?

I didn't try that unit yet, so I don't know which attachment points this unit has. I guess the most difficult thing is finding something that looks like a "chariot", finding for a unit a place to stand on, looking into the right direction and having the correct anims. I don't think that the connection with a horse is the hardest part. It will work in any way.

Shield Clash! put the physics engine to work, and heavy shield units trained in 'expensive' arts can literally form a smashing wall that can crate a push into units that damages surrounding close by enemies.
