Malta and Egypt are in Napoleonic Era, and in as full a role as they ever should be; as maps, and as minor 'native' civilisations. That is more than enough, I would think; neither of them were anywhere near powerful enough to even be remotely comparable with nations like Spain and England, and they would never dare to try and compete with them at their own game.

they should still be minors though. or maybe these super natives we were talking about at one point. because they had more influence than someone who just joined the forces lof someone with only a few troops.

Haiti
Ruler: General Toussaint L'Overture
Bonus: Starting with a mill wagon, a plantation wagon and an outpost wagon, Haiti is nonetheless limited by the fact they are only able to train slaves instead of settlers for the first two Ages.
Unique Units and Buildings:
Maroon xxxx - By replacing all the normal infantry with Maroon versions, the hitpoints have increased, but the damage and cost has decreased. This can be offset in the workshop. All Maroon Units can stealth.
Workshop - Haitian Arsenal. Offsets low damage of Maroon units and provides boosts.
Machete Rider - The only cavalry available to be trained by the Haitians, the Machete Rider is a slow moving yet high damage cavalry unit.
Blunderbuss - A slow, heavy unit with a powerful handheld cannon attack.
Armoury - a building that is a combination of the Barracks, Stables and Artillery Foundry. Trains all Haitian military units.
Machete Maroon - Haitian melee unit replacing the pikeman.

Haiti would start off only being able to train slaves instead of settlers. No HC shipments until The Fortress Age when an obligatory revolution by Toussaint L'Overture turns all the slaves into maroon settlers (1.25 gather speed), allows HC shipments and allows building. They would start with a mill wagon and a plantation wagon in the first age as well, with all upgrades for them available right off the bat. Instead of an arsenal, they have a workshop to improve their units' weapons. All their units are Maroon xxxx, ie Maroon Skirmisher.



Sardinia
Ruler: Victor Emmanuel I
Bonus: A total lack of private property due to the "Editto Delle Chiudende" means buildings are very cheap. However, settlers gather at 0.85 gather speed due to the negative public reaction. This will increase gradually with each age before stopping at 0.95 in the Industrial Age.
Unique Units and Buildings:
Fuciliere: Stronger version of the fusilier but cheaper as well.
Artigliere: Cheap infantry unit with a musket that grows in strength the more you train.
Granatiere: Faster firing grenadier with a wider area of effect.



Albania
Ruler: Mahmud II
Bonus: Due to the Ottoman-Albanian relations worsening revolutions are cheaper and provide better bonuses. Albania also can build both the Mosque and the Church. Settlers are also free, like the Ottomans.
Unique Units and Buildings:
Devshirme - Weak, cheap soldiers that count as 0.5 population per unit.
Balkan Janissary - Stronger, hardier janissary. Only costs food.
Babiali - University with better improvements.

I like/agree about Haiti. Though maybe it's better for them to be natives instead

Sardinia, we already have Italy

Albania isn't rebelling/independent during that time afaik, so i think they won't fit

Since this is a mod focused on Europe, how about you give suggestions about European civs/natives instead?

*though i actually really liked Korea to be in this mod

Just thinking about Prussia and Germany... Surely Sardinia's rich history during the Napoleonic Era qualifies them?
